WHERE DO YOU CURRENTLY SHIP?
Currently, our website ships to the US and Canada. Sephora US ships to the US. Our retailer partner, Free People, has select products that ship to Canada. 

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING COSTS?
For US shipping, there is a $5 USD flat fee shipping cost for any purchase below $30 USD and a $7 USD flat fee shipping cost for purchases between $31 USD and $64 USD (Alaska and Hawaii shipping costs will be calculated at checkout). All orders over $65, you will receive free shipping.

For Canada, there is a $25 USD flat fee shipping for for all purchases.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PRODUCT TO ARRIVE?
All orders leave our warehouse 1-2 days from when you make your purchases. For most parts of the continental U.S., packages are delivered within 3-5 business days once they are shipped. For Canada, packages are delivered within 7 days. However, there are always variabilities with shipping carriers. Keep an eye out for shipping and tracking information in your email. 

 

RETURNS

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
We want you to love our products as much as we do, but we get that sometimes things don’t work out. If you’re not completely satisfied with your new goodies, we will gladly accept returns placed within 30 days. Please reach out to hi@shazandkiks.com with your order number, and we'll take care of the rest. 

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELATION POLICY?
If you would like to cancel your order, please email hi@shazandkiks and we'll do our best to cancel your order if it has not been processed. After that, it will not be possible to cancel your order but email us with your order number, and we'll talk through possible solutions.
